What time does the festival run?
Doors open at 9AM both days. Festival wraps by 5PM each day. We're a morning-to-afternoon festival — wake up early, party all day, home by sunset.
What's the age limit?
Rise & Rosé is a strict 21+ event, both days. Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry. No exceptions.
What's the dress code?
It's an All Pink Party. Pink dress code is strongly encouraged but not enforced. Lean into it — pink is the experience, the photo op, and the vibe.
Are tickets refundable? Can I re-enter?
All sales are final — no refunds will be issued for any reason. No tickets allow re-entry, including VIP. Once you leave the venue, you cannot return. Plan accordingly — we'll have food, water, and rest areas inside.
Is there an entry cut-off time?
No specific entry cut-off time for most of the festival — arrive when you like. We'll announce in advance if that changes for a particular set or stage. Note: there's no re-entry once you exit, so plan accordingly.

How do the drinks work?
Every 2-Day GA ticket includes (2) Tequila Sunrise drinks + (1) can Rosé. On Saturday they're redeemable 9AM–12PM. On Sunday, the bar opens at 10AM — doors still open at 9AM, and your drinks are still redeemable until 12PM. VIP gets the same redemption at the private VIP bar. After 12PM, all bars switch to cash/card. Free water refill stations are available all day.
Is there parking?
Yes — Industry City has paid parking lots on and around 2nd Avenue, a short walk from the entrance. Spots are first-come, first-served and will fill up early, so arrive early if you're driving. The easiest way in is the train: take the D, N, or R to 36th Street Station and use the 3rd Ave / 36th St exit — it's a 5–7 minute walk. Rideshare drop-off is simple: set your destination to Industry City, 51 34th St, Brooklyn.
Is the festival accessible?
Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible and we'll have ADA viewing areas at each stage. If you have specific accessibility needs, email us at info@house78.com after purchasing your ticket and we'll coordinate.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
Rise & Rosé happens rain or shine. Industry City gives us indoor and covered space, so the music keeps going whatever the forecast does. If the weather is severe enough to disrupt the festival, we have a rain date set aside — your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date and we'll communicate any changes via email and our official channels. Bring layers, sunscreen, or a poncho depending on the forecast.
What can I bring? Bag policy?
Small bags under 12"×6"×12" are allowed. No backpacks, oversized bags, or hydration packs. Sealed water bottles are allowed (and free water refill stations are on-site). Full prohibited items list will be posted closer to the event.
Where can I buy or transfer tickets safely?
Tickets are sold EXCLUSIVELY on Posh (posh.vip), and all ticket transfers must also be made through Posh.VIP — this is the ONLY authorized platform for Rise & Rosé Festival tickets.
